DELIVERY LOCATIONS We ship to destinations within the United States and those international destinations made available at checkout. PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS HANDLING CHARGES IN ADDITION TO IMPORT DUTIES AND OTHER FOREIGN TAXES - THESE CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SUCH CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES. WE DO NOT REPLACE OR ISSUE CREDIT FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT OR COULD NOT BE DELIVERED. SHIPPING METHODS We currently ship our products via the United States Postal Service ("USPS") and other carriers we may make available from time to time. We will strive to deliver the products to the carrier within a reasonable period of time, usually within one business days of confirmation of your order.We do not guarantee delivery by a particular date or within a particular timeframe. In the event that a carrier returns to us any product because it could not be delivered to the address you provided (including items that were not picked up at the Post Office or carrier's office) or was rejected by the recipient for any reason (including for refusal to pay customs handling charges, import duties and other foreign taxes), then we will refund you the purchase price of the product (provided the product is undamaged), less: (1) all shipping costs (including any costs incurred as a result of the non-delivery) and (2) a restocking fee equal to 25% of the value of the returned product. In the event non-delivery is claimed, we require a copy of the police report for the missing package before we can issue a credit. You agree that confirmation of delivery issued by the carrier will be conclusive evidence that the product you ordered has been properly delivered to you, provided that with respect to Global Priority Mail and other shipping methods that do not provide for delivery confirmation, confirmation of delivery to the Post Office or other carrier's office will be conclusive evidence that the product you ordered has been properly delivered to you. We may modify your shipping address to conform it to USPS or other carrier's standards, as applicable, or if we have reason to believe the address you provided is incorrect, but we are not required to correct addresses and will not be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. For our customers' protection, shipping may be delayed by several days in the event of P.O. box addresses, shipping addresses that differ from billing addresses, discrepancies reported by our credit card processing system, and credit card fraud prevention activities. We do not ship to poste restante addreses, package forwarders, or other addresses that provide for the redirection of the package.
RETURNS We understand that sometimes people change their minds after they have purchased a product on the Internet. Accordingly, you may return any product you purchase from us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the product's actual purchase price, provided the product is in new and unopened condition (the film of shrink-wrapped items must be intact). Shipping costs are not refunded. Please contact us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization; returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization will be rejected. You will need to package the product you are returning in the same manner as it was sent to you and mail it to us at your expense. Given the limited availability of our products, we cannot replace any products that are returned to us. Refunds are made only after the product has been delivered to us and if its condition meets our return criteria. Refunds will be made in the same way the original payment was made. We will prosecute any chargebacks as credit card fraud, including any chargebacks related to items that cannot be returned or refunded. In the event that any amounts charged to you are charged back to us for any reason, you agree to pay us a service fee of $100.00 plus the amount charged to you. You also agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, that we may incur to collect any amounts that you may owe us. We will retain exclusive ownership of all products shipped to you until all amounts that you owe to us are paid in full.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS The products that we sell are warranted by their respective manufacturers. If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for warranty service. Their contact information is printed on the decks, but we would be happy to provide it upon request. We cannot replace or issue credit for defective products. Thank you.
